Your Role
As a Social Media Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our global brand initiatives across all social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and enhance Amazon’s social media presence, crafting strategies that engage customers and promote our extensive range of products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive website traffic.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Oversee the daily management of multiple social channels, ensuring timely responses to comments, direct messages, and other customer inquiries.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to track engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to align content with marketing campaigns and cross-promotions.
- Identify trends and insights across all social platforms and recommend improvements and optimizations based on findings.
- Manage and grow relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand our online presence.
- Stay up to date with current social media trends, tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
A Day in the Life
Your day will start with a quick analysis of social media metrics to assess campaign performance. Morning team huddles will involve brainstorming content ideas with designers and copywriters, ensuring everyone is aligned with our strategy. You'll spend a portion of the day engaging with our audience and responding to comments, followed by diving into creating compelling graphics and posts that resonate with our customers.
In the afternoon, you will collaborate with the marketing team to strategize upcoming campaigns, analyzing past successes to mirror results in future tactics. As the sun sets, you may find yourself tracking new trends or participating in virtual workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We’re Looking For

Qualifications
